Welcome to week five of our weekly what’s on. This will showcase events that are happening at both stadiums, and what’s going on with Basketball and Netball. This article will have upcoming events, information about Basketball and Netball competitions, NBL1 updates, weekly specials and what is generally happening around the Stadiums.

NBL1

• Memberships are now available for the 2022 Miners season, for more information and to get yours click here

Youth League 

• Round one of our 2022 Youth League kicks off this Saturday, with the Ballarat Miners starting off the season with a home game so make sure you come along to Selkirk Stadium and support them!
• Ballarat Miners Youth League Women will be taking on Altona at 6:00pm
•  Ballarat Miners Youth League Men will be taking on Keilor at 8:00pm

Domestic Competition

• Final round of domestic competition for the 2021/2022 season for both junior and seniors has been completed, we would like to thank all teams and clubs that partook in the season and wish you all the best for the 2022 championship season if you are partaking
• Finals for both junior and senior domestic competition will commence on Friday 25th of March, congratulations to all teams who made it to finals

Casual Shooting

Selkirk Stadium 

• Tickets are now on sale for the U18 Junior Champions and Kevin Coombs cup that will run on April 10th – 17th, get your tickets by clicking here
• We will be hosting the U18 Junior Championships and Kevin Coombs cup on April 10th – 17th. We are currently seeking volunteers to help us out over the course of the week, for more information or to register your interest, please click here
• We will be hosting a Basketball Victoria Country Championships, the Championships will be taking place on April 22nd – 24th. We are currently seeking court supervisors to help us out over the course of the Country Championships, for more information or to register your interest click here

Merchandise 

• This weeks item of the week is previous season NBL1 jerseys, to order yours click here but be sure to get in quick as stock is limited
• All merchandise is currently at a discounted rate (excluding basketballs, netballs, referee merchandise and drink bottles) this is instore only so get down to Selkirk Stadium, opening hours for the merchandise store are Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm. Limited stock available so get in quick
